Description

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process • Collaborate with internal stakeholders • Lead the accounts receivable function • Monitor AR aging reports • Record and monitor requisite finance data • Implement and integrate various financial systems • Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly expense reports • Manage relationships with external auditors • Help design and ensure the application of appropriate internal controls

Requirements

• 5+ years accounting and AP/AR experience • Early-stage startup experience, with the ability to wear multiple hats • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office suite • Experience in implementing software tools and systems across the financial tech stack • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail • An owner’s mindset, with intellectual curiosity and customer obsession • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
