Description
• Assist in the development and execution of agile marketing plans and strategies. • Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events. • Collaborate with internal teams using agile methodologies to gather marketing collateral and assets for campaigns. • Support the creation and editing of marketing content, including copywriting and graphic design. • Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers. • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and report on the performance of campaigns. • Assist in organizing and attending marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions. • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities. • Coordinate/communicate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed. • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling inquiries.
Requirements
• Proven experience of 2-4 years in marketing, advertising, or related roles. • 2 Year Experience as a business analysis or scrum master. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management tools). • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Edge - ability to make difficult calls/decisions even when you’d like more data. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
