Description
• Keep in touch with the drivers and passengers, and instantly responding to the problems that are / will be experienced • Follow the flow of the sequence from the relevant panels • Prepare informative documents for our drivers regarding the operational flow and technological developments, to share these documents periodically with various communication channels • Provide arrangements on operational data, to analyze for optimisation purposes • The Employee shall cooperate with the CEO, lead management team and/or Company personnel according to the nature of the job for the performance of the specific duties within this duty definition
Requirements
• Graduated from relevant departments of universities • Experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Proficiency in using technology and software applications • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Flexibility to work on rotating shifts
