Description

• Vonage is a global cloud communications business • Opportunity to shape the future of customer engagement by supporting engineering and product teams • Seeking a dynamic and pragmatic Senior Scrum Master to support Agile transformation • Lead and drive delivery excellence through Agile transformation across Vonage • Train, mentor, and support teams to introduce and follow agile values, principles, and practices • Use a data-driven approach to help teams monitor their performance • Encourage open communication and active participation within and between teams • Identify and address impediments that could hinder the team’s progress • Foster effective communication between team members and stakeholders • Assist the Release Train Engineers with planning and running SAFe events

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master • Proven knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban and XP • Experience in Jira • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and collaboration. • Proven coaching ability, with examples of workshops/training/1:1s you’ve run • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of maintaining accurate records and tracking progress. • Resilience and a problem-solving mindset, with a track record of not just identifying problems but also driving solutions. • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools • Ability to inspect and adapt in a dynamic environment • There is scope for the right candidate to progress to a Release Train Engineer role in time so familiarity with SAFe would be useful • Familiarity with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
