Role We are looking for a talented Lead Multiplayer Game Developer specialized in building responsive, scalable multiplayer experiences for mobile games. You'll lead technical decisions and implementations to ensure low-latency, high-quality synchronous multiplayer gameplay.
🎯 Requirements
Strong experience (7+ years) in game development, specializing in multiplayer architecture and networking Proven track record developing synchronous multiplayer functionality for high-scale, popular mobile games with millions of active users Advanced Unity and C# expertise, specifically with multiplayer systems (Nakama, Photon, Mirror, Netcode for GameObjects, etc.) Proven track record creating low-latency, scalable synchronous multiplayer games or features for mobile Deep understanding of network optimization, prediction algorithms, and synchronization techniques to ensure seamless player experiences Experience in profiling and optimizing multiplayer performance, network bandwidth, and server-client communication Familiarity with cloud solutions, server deployment, and infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar) Solid experience with CI/CD practices, analytics-driven development, and A/B testing in multiplayer environments is highly desirable Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative, hacker mindset Attention to detail, especially regarding player experience and responsiveness Fluent in written and spoken English
