• Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. • This position can be Paris-based or fully remote within a +/- 2h time difference with Paris. • You will join an elite team focused on setting new production standards for brain training apps. • Working with a small agile team of top performers, you'll refine and elevate your skills while contributing to our mission. • To achieve our mission, we're launching a brain trainer studio and bringing on board top talent and seasoned veterans from the mobile games industry. • As the Senior Game Designer, you will lead the creative development of an innovative brain training project.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer, working on casual F2P mobile games • Track record of working with games that achieve long-term player engagement and retention • Demonstrated experience in defining and building games with sustained engagement and monetization • Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve design excellence and deliver engaging player experiences • Mastering of Figma or another prototyping tool • Basic understanding of scripting and programming • Basic knowledge of Unity and big game architecture • Strong grasp of game math, including probability, statistics, and economy modeling • Strong project management skills to push features forward • Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal; Clear and concise • Entrepreneurial mindset essential • Deep passion for mobile games
