• Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. • Full remote is accepted within a 2-3 hours time difference with France (CET). • Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual and mid-core experts. • Voodoo is creating a new Casual Studio with a big mission: find the next best way to entertain the world by taking our best hits to a new level. • The Studio is working on Monster Survivors, one of our most promising games.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Midcore Game Designer, including 2+ years as Game Economy Designer or Monetization Expert; • Experience working on midcore mobile games and f2p, experience creating economy and monetization loops, and maintaining their balancing; • Strong mathematical or economic background, fluency in economic modelling and Excel/Google Sheets/relevant toolset • Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal; Clear and concise. • Entrepreneurial mindset essential;
