Description

• Vouch is looking for a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer to join our Insurance Distribution team. • Lead the design and implementation of large-scale features within our products and solutions. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deeply understand insurance workflows and develop scalable, flexible solutions. • Work closely with engineering teams to maintain and enforce consistent engineering standards. • Mentor and provide constructive feedback to team members through code reviews and pair programming sessions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of development experience • Experience architecting and delivering high-quality, reusable systems and applications • Experience writing production-level code as a full-stack engineer in TypeScript; Experience with Ruby is a plus • Experience in Postgres or another transactional, relational database system, as well as the ability to design schemas • Exceptional communication skills • Understanding of software engineering best practices and concepts such as testing practices, code reviews, feature flags, etc.
