Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within a software engineering team. • Deep understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and SDLC in a software development environment. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. • Ability to identify and remove impediments, enhancing team collaboration and performance. • Familiarity with tools such as Linear, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools. • Proven ability to drive change and inspire a team towards a shared goal. • Experience working in a startup environment is required. • Experience managing or working with distributed teams is essential. • Familiarity with identity verification products or AI-based solutions is a plus.
