Description

• VoxCroft seeks 2-3 Indonesian Madurese speakers to transcribe and translate audio/video data. • Selected linguists may also conduct research tasks relevant to Madurese language media. • Tasks to be completed between mid-December 2024 and late January 2025.

Requirements

• Native-level Madurese (speaking and writing) – prior experience in transcription will be advantageous. • Fluent in English with high degree of accuracy in translating from Madurese to English. • Experience in using subtitling software (SubtitleEdit or similar). • Access to own laptop with a good internet connection and functioning speakers/headphones.
