Description

• A2P/P2P SMS traffic management and monitoring • Develop new rules and algorithms for traffic filtering • Detecting and blocking gray route leakages • Regularly analyze potential ways of traversing customized traffic filtering rules • Traffic analysis and regular report generation • Participate in preparing and implementing new systems and VAS • Ensuring overall system health including VMs, Databases, and physical servers • Monitoring, diagnosing anomalies, and troubleshooting VAS • Take measures to increase reliability and improve quality of services provided to MNOs • Troubleshoot security risks • Designing and applying safety policies to projects • Make changes to service platform settings as per test results and MNO requests

Requirements

• 2+ years as an Engineer in a Telecom Operator/Vendor • Hands-on experience with SMS Firewall • Skills in working with monitoring systems of telecommunication equipment and network infrastructure • Linux skills would be a plus • Knowledge of SS7, SMPP, and SIGTRAN would be a plus • A knowledge of REGEX would be a plus • Ability to meet deadlines and manage project delivery • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
