Description

• Collaborate with the Sales team to understand prospects' security and integration needs, deliver technical demonstrations, and design solutions to meet program-specific needs. • Manage a database of RFP responses and own the completion of technical responses and coordination between Sales and Engineering. • In partnership with Customer Success, work directly with customers to implement solutions including API and SSO products. • Serve as the first resource for customer IT teams to ensure that learners can access our full tech stack (including email deliverability and videoconferencing) from inside their corporate environments. • Interface with the customer to configure and verify secure authentication. • Collaborate with Product Support and Customer Success to maintain documentation and integration guides • Contribute to bug triage and issue intake to respond to product questions, clarify technical specifications and requirements, and diagnose issues using data analysis and logging tools • Serve as the primary business stakeholder for future product development in API and SSO features, identifying gaps in our product offering as you work with customers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a solutions engineer or similar technical role • You have directly supported customers to develop customized technical solutions with API products. • You understand identity management and have worked with the most popular protocols like SAML, OIDC, and possibly LTI. • You have experience in RFP security compliance and pre-sales support. • You aren't afraid to dig into the technical docs or manually test internal and external products to figure out how they work • You are fully proficient in English and Spanish can provide professional support in writing and over video calls
