Description

• A skilled business analyst, experienced in defining requirements, developing plans, providing information and identifying solutions that will maximize the value delivered by the organization to its stakeholders. • Able to work across multiple levels of the organization to assist in formulating and defining scope and objectives based on an understanding of user needs, business process, industry requirements, regulatory impacts and technology. • Recommends development or modification of processes to resolve business issues, through analysis of business and user needs. • Creates project plans, documentation, diagrams, flow charts, and other artifacts required to formulate and define scope and objectives, through research and fact-finding. • Creates, maintains, and protects brand assets. • Counsels internal clients on corporate identitiy and design standards and policies. • Ensures consistency and uniformity of brand identity standards. • Assumes full accountability for support of design, development and test phases for projects and enhancements. • Coaches/mentors less experienced Analysts. • Respond to internal employee and external auditor inquiries. • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency with data gathering, process mapping, flow charting, and presentation software. • Omni recordkeeping • Proficient in Time Management/Priority Setting. • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
