•Voyc is a fast-growing SaaS company providing innovative compliance monitoring solutions for the financial services industry. •We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with at least 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. •You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our platform, scaling our web applications, and architecting integrations to take our solution to the next level. •Collaborate with other teams to deliver top-notch features aligned with customer needs. •Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering growth within the team.

Requirements

•5+ years of experience in backend web development. •In-depth expertise of Postgres and RDBMS in general. •Strong experience in building and scaling web applications. •Proven track record of architecting scalable systems. •Ability to architect, build, and maintain integrations. •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. •A collaborative mindset with a strong alignment to company values and customer-centricity. •Utilising and maintaining unit tests and end-to-end tests. •Experience working with message brokers / queuing systems.
