📋 Description
• Generate value for our customers at every step of the customer lifecycle. • Serve as project coordinator during customer on-boardings and facilitate internal initiatives across teams. • Provide operational support within Client Services. • Serve as an additional point of contact for customers and first line of defense for escalations. • Execute tactical measures that improve user adoption of Vozy. • Work with Vozy's most valuable customers to understand their needs and help them succeed. • Understand why customers use Vozy and how they can get more value from the product. • Provide feedback to the product team on customer requests for product enhancements. • Communicate progress, opportunities and risks internally and externally, including analysis of product performance and optimization opportunities. • Responsible for revenue retention and growth in accounts.
