Description

β€’ Generate value for our customers at every step of the customer lifecycle. β€’ Serve as project coordinator during customer on-boardings and facilitate internal initiatives across teams. β€’ Provide operational support within Client Services. β€’ Serve as an additional point of contact for customers and first line of defense for escalations. β€’ Execute tactical measures that improve user adoption of Vozy. β€’ Work with Vozy's most valuable customers to understand their needs and help them succeed. β€’ Understand why customers use Vozy and how they can get more value from the product. β€’ Provide feedback to the product team on customer requests for product enhancements. β€’ Communicate progress, opportunities and risks internally and externally, including analysis of product performance and optimization opportunities. β€’ Responsible for revenue retention and growth in accounts.

Requirements

β€’ At least one and a half years of professional work experience. β€’ Proficient in Excel.
