Description

• Manage accounts within our current portfolio, ensuring excellent service and fostering client relationships • Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, educate them on the customer service space, industry specific adoption of AI and ML technologies, and general optimization methods for their business leveraging Vozy • Manage our key account portfolio, generating active prospecting for new opportunities, resulting in Crosselings and Upsellings • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met effectively and efficiently • Comply with the company's information security policy • Gradually take on more responsibility as you grow into the role, with opportunities for further professional development

Requirements

• Professional background, ideally with experience in SaaS or from strong B2B industries such as Banking, Telecommunications, or Insurance • English proficiency at a B1/B2 level, with a commitment to improving if you’re currently at an A2 level • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time
