• Lead and manage the software engineering team, ensuring the quality and efficiency of its processes and projects. • Lead the definition of the company's technology strategy, in collaboration with the company's leadership team. • Implement and define agile development processes, to increase the efficiency and quality of the engineering team. • Oversee the design and development of high quality software solutions, in collaboration with the product and design teams. • Ensure project timelines and budgets are met, and the efficiency of the engineering team. • Identify and resolve technical and quality issues effectively, collaborating with technical leads and other departments. • Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among engineering team members and with other departments. • Lead the hiring and development process for new talent, in collaboration with the people team. • Maintain up-to-date on the latest software trends and technologies, and encourage continuous development and training of the engineering team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. • Previous experience in software engineering leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of team management experience. • Solid knowledge in agile methodologies Scrum. • Knowledge of Git. • Knowledge in Go (Golang), GRPC, Docker, RESTFul API, Redis. • Knowledge in React JS. • Knowledge in MongoDB, ElasticSearch. • Knowledge in microservices oriented architecture. • Knowledge in Kubernetes. • Experience in designing and developing scalable and high quality solutions in AWS cloud environments. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and work collaboratively with other departments. • Comply with the company's information security policy. • Manage the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information systems under your care in compliance with Vozy's policies on information security and privacy.
