📋 Description
• Design and develop complex Gen AI agents for robust solutions with multiple integrations. • Migrate existing Lili conversational flows to advanced generative technology. • Automate team processes through RPA and intelligent agents. • Define architecture, software development and implementation of custom solutions. • Research new technologies and trends to enrich product growth. • Produce innovative and creative solutions for internal and external customers. • Implement specific customer requirements and provide incident resolution support. • Address and resolve incidents reported by customers attributable to the performance from the very design or development of the agents.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in conversational agent development and generative AI, including optimized flows. • Proficiency in Python, experience in Java or JavaScript. • Version management with GitLab preferred. • Knowledge in Prompting. • Solid knowledge in RPA and process automation. • Knowledge and experience in architecture design and software development. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative tools. • Ability to integrate APIs and handle relational and non-relational databases.
