📋 Description
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects, including complex cross-functional projects spanning many teams across the organization. • Deliver projects for new releases on time and within scope and budget. • Provide customer support and timely updates for any reported application issues. • Work with other support teams to ensure reported issues are resolved. • Develop and manage large scale project plans and associated communications, change management, dependencies and risk assessment documents. • Define project scope, objectives, success criteria (where applicable) and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with other project managers. • Collaborate with product management and engineering to identify risk mitigation strategies, ensuring risks are communicated early and often. • Communicate project status clearly to the project team and stakeholders. • Comply with company information security policy. • Oversee the execution of the information security risk management program and risk treatments. • Align information security posture and policy based on Vozy's mission, strategic objectives and risk incentive.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience • Experience or coursework in computer science or IT related subjects • Scrum Master certification • Excellent problem solving, analytical and time management skills • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • At least 1-3 years of experience in a project management role in software development • Excellent understanding of product release methodologies • Familiarity with agile software development and implementation processes
