📋 Description
• As a Business Growth Manager at Somnia, your focus will be on identifying and closing business deals and partnerships that align with our company’s strategic goals. • You will develop, maintain and nurture a pipeline of leads, partners, and strategic initiatives. • You will play a key role in shaping our strategy and product roadmap by tracking industry trends, monitoring competitors, and gathering external feedback to share with the team. • Collaborating closely with the team, you’ll help develop and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve company targets, drive growth and shape product roadmap.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in business development in the blockchain space, preferably in early stage projects. • Experience in startups and setting up business development processes from scratch. • You don’t need to be a tech wiz, but you need to have enough technical knowledge to explain complex concepts to prospects and gauge their interest in Somnia. • Strong network of Web3 key players you can easily tap into. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business and growth strategies for Web3 projects. • Previously worked with dApps, blockchain projects, games. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
