🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or CPA/CFA certification preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a foundation or startup environment. • Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting tools. • In-depth knowledge of treasury management and asset diversification strategies. • Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills, with a proactive problem-solving approach. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proven ability to develop and maintain financial SOPs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. • Preferable experience in crypto payments.
