🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing in the Web3 space. • Experience in launching a layer 1 blockchain, and managing full cycle. • Good knowledge of the blockchain industry and crypto community. • Ability to craft and execute short-term and long-term strategies that are aligned with business goals. • Proven experience in building and scaling brands, with a strong focus on positioning and growth in competitive markets. • Expertise in crafting and executing brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and long-term audience loyalty. • Ability to design and execute growth activities. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and collaborate across departments.
