📋 Description
• Drive product vision and execution for advisor-based technology platforms. • Own the product strategy and align it with business goals. • Lead prioritization of features using data-driven decision making. • Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Manage the product backlog with clear user stories. • Work closely with development teams for implementation. • Analyze market trends to inform product decisions. • Define success metrics and track product performance. • Communicate product updates and value propositions.
🎯 Requirements
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO). • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks. • Experience in backlog management and prioritization techniques. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience with user story mapping and requirements gathering. • Proficiency with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
