• Organize data points • Analyze data to determine needs • Support development of related processes and workflows to ensure operational success • Evaluating data, collating findings relevant to the business, and sharing them in a manner that can bring about an effective evaluation and needed changes • Writing data collection and processing procedures • Ensuring that data is being correctly gathered, stored, and analyzed • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, and time • Skills in the use of Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools • Clear and concise writing • Team player and flexible • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to conduct research and document findings • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
