🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or equivalent preferred. • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role. • Experience hiring & growing a team of 4+ individual contributors • Significant hands-on experience at a company with a physical inventory and/or supply chain component such as import/export, wholesale, e-commerce, or retail. • Demonstrated experience with technology, with experience implementing software & automation tools to streamline & automate accounting processes. • Hands-on experience with accounting software (Xero) and ERP systems (DEAR/CIN7 or similar), AP software (Ramp or Bill.com), and reporting/KPI software. • Exceptional leadership and team management skills. • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. • Strong project management experience with a focus on process improvement, automation, and systems integration • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
