•As a Supply Chain Associate, you will manage US international and domestic supply chain operations, optimizing the distribution of inventory across our locations. •This role will be crucial in ensuring the efficient movement of goods, compliance with import/export regulations, and maintaining appropriate stock levels. •Inventory Planning & Forecasting: Manage inventory planning and forecasting to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained and aligned with demand. •Purchase Order Management: Create and manage purchase orders. •Distribution Planning & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive distribution plan to identify optimal shipment and transportation routes for all inventory locations, encompassing US imports, exports, and domestic shipments. This includes Amazon FBA replenishments. •Inbound Logistics Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end process of inbound logistics, ensuring efficient receipt, handling, and storage of incoming goods. •Transportation Coordination: Book and arrange transportation, coordinating and overseeing the import and export of goods to and from the US, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation. •Collaboration: Work closely with Manufacturing & Product Teams to ensure the accuracy of product and shipment data, including tariff codes, regulatory compliance, and declared values. •Proactively address potential shipping delays during international shipments and resolve any issues that may arise. •Ensure shipments are received accurately and promptly in full. •Stay informed about changes in trade regulations and customs requirements. •Analyze shipping and inventory data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Generate reports for management to support decision-making. •Identify opportunities for streamlining logistics and supply chain processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. •Assist in managing relationships with logistics service providers, carriers, and suppliers to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness. •Support and collaborate with other departments, such as sales, finance, and customer service, to align Supply Chain efforts with overall business goals and customer needs.
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). •3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, and inventory distribution. •Proven experience in handling US imports/exports and domestic shipments. •Experience with Amazon Seller Central FBA replenishments. •Hands-on experience with an Inventory Management System (familiarity with DEAR Systems/CIN7 core is a plus), Google Workspace, Airtable and ClickUp. •Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize supply chain operations. •Understanding of cost drivers within the supply chain. •Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address issues proactively. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners. •Ability to present data and insights clearly to stakeholders. •Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. •Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers. •Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and learn new processes and technologies as needed.
