Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in technical or IT-related fields, with a proven track record of successful project delivery • Minimum of 2 years in a program or project leadership role • Strong experience and domain expertise in health care and value-based care, and the roles of • Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Demonstrated ability to build relationships in a matrixed environment • Experience working in an Agile environment strongly preferred; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where tactical and strategic initiatives are driven in parallel. • Experience with user research tools and methods, including leading focus groups, conducting usability sessions, and doing user discovery • Experience with gathering business requirements, creating a product backlog, and successfully delivering products on schedule that meet defined requirements • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly preferred • Strong technical background with an understanding of IT systems and software development life cycles. • Proficient in project management principles and tools, with the ability to handle multiple competing program needs and deliverables simultaneously and under tight deadlines • Ability to lead through influence, and manage and inspire project teams and customers • Strong analytical abilities, critical thinking skills, and a problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering practical and timely solutions • Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical and business information to diverse audiences
