• Aufnahme der Kundenanforderungen der Kunden auf und deren Beschreibung • Mithilfe bei der Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen (u.a. im Bereich Finance) • Optimierung der Prozesse in enger Abstimmung mit interdisziplinären Teams, um die bestmögliche Lösung für die Kunden zu finden • Abbildung von Geschäftsprozessen mittels Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) • Erstellung von SOP Dokumenten • Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen
🎯 Requirements
• Erfahrungen im Bereich Analyse betrieblicher Prozesse • Background im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft und/oder IT • Dokumentation mit Atlassian Confluence • Erfahrung mit dem BPM-S ADONIS der BoC Group • Expertenkenntnisse in BPMN 2 (ISO/IEC 19510:2013) (in Projekten nachweisbar) • Strukturiertes und eigenständiges Arbeiten gepaart mit guter Analysefähigkeit • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
