📋 Description
• Aufnahme der Kundenanforderungen der Kunden auf und deren Beschreibung • Mithilfe bei der Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen (u.a. im Bereich Finance) • Optimierung der Prozesse in enger Abstimmung mit interdisziplinären Teams, um die bestmögliche Lösung für die Kunden zu finden • Abbildung von Geschäftsprozessen mittels Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) • Erstellung von SOP Dokumenten • Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und die Identifikation von Verbesserungspotentialen • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und Entwicklern bei der Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen • Dokumentation von Anforderungen und Prozessen in textueller Art • Mitarbeit an der Gestaltung und Verbesserung von Prozessen (KVP) und Tools im Bereich Business Analyse
🎯 Requirements
• Erfahrungen im Bereich Aufnahmen und Analyse betrieblicher Prozesse • Background im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft und/oder IT • Erfahrung mit Atlassian Confluence • Erfahrung mit dem BPM-S ADONIS der BoC Group (gerne auch weitere wie z.B. Signavio, Camunda Platform, etc.) • Expertenkenntnisse in BPMN 2 (ISO/IEC 19510:2013) (in Projekten nachweisbar) • Strukturiertes und eigenständiges Arbeiten gepaart mit guter Analysefähigkeit • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich zu erklären • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in einem Remote-Team • Reisebereitschaft in der DACH-Region (D, A und CH) • Deutsch verhandlungssicher (C1) und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift (B2)
