• Oversee operational administration of UK partners. • Manage complaints and claims administration tasks. • Maintain and organize claims and complaints email inbox. • Prepare data and reports for internal and external meetings. • Provide guidance and support to external partners. • Complete meeting minutes for claims discussions.

Requirements

• Experience in UK claims processes and procedures within an insurance company or TPA. • Proven background in claims or insurance administration with strong organizational skills. • Proficiency in Office 365, including intermediate skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
