Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably managing projects within technical teams or engineering organizations. • Experience working in a product-oriented environment, with an understanding of product development lifecycles and the collaboration needed across Engineering, Product, and other departments to bring products to market. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project). • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects to completion within deadlines. • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • English with strong written and verbal skills to interact effectively with global stakeholders. • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders. • Availability to occasionally work within the Western European Time (WET) zone, with the primary working hours aligned with Central European Time (CET).
