• We are a growing company specializing in luxury short-term rentals and vacation homes. • We're seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of short-term vacation rentals. • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly. • Collaborate with our concierge team to enhance guest satisfaction. • Ensure top-notch hospitality standards across all properties. • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. • Optimize property performance and revenue. • Ensure properties comply with local regulations and safety standards. • Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in property management, or vendor management, preferably in vacation rentals or hospitality • Proven track record in guest relations and property operations • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in property management software • Certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) (bonus) • Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms is highly desirable
