•WarrCloud is a well-funded, high-growth startup that has pioneered a cutting-edge, machine-learning-enabled SaaS platform to automate warranty claims processing for automotive dealerships and OEMs. •If you’re excited about working with an innovative, fast-growing company in the automotive software space, this opportunity is for you! •As the first-to-market leader, we are experiencing rapid expansion and are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team. •As a Data Scientist, you will be joining a small product team who are passionate, friendly, collaborative, and driven. •We use an agile methodology in the way that we work together and on our cloud-based application. •To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about building an application that is extraordinary while working in an often ambiguous and ever-evolving business. •In your role, you will help us uncover insights that drive strategic decisions, enhance our product offerings, and elevate customer experiences. •This role will play a critical part in analyzing large datasets, building and deploying machine learning models, and translating complex findings into actionable business recommendations. •You will work closely with cross-functional teams in Product, Engineering and IT, Service Delivery, and Customer Success.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. •5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, preferably in an Automotive on Prem or SaaS environment. •Strong programming skills in Python or R. •Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation. •Proficient in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). •Demonstrated experience with model deployment and integration into production systems, with a focus on real-time predictions. •You thrive in a fast-paced environment. •You are a highly effective communicator with the ability to liaise seamlessly across different teams. •A passion for automating processes. •Expert in data visualization. •Experience working in an Agile environment. •Experience in the automotive warranty or fixed operations space (preferred). •Experience with Confluence and Jira (preferred). •Experience with AWS data and ML infrastructure, including but not limited to RDS, Redshift, and SageMaker. •Graduate degree in Data Science.
