β’ The Creative Director role will begin with a hands-on approach, handling and/or overseeing editing, data analysis, quality control, copywriting, repurposing content, posting, and team management. β’ Initially, you'll be deeply involved in every aspect of content creation for WarriorBabe, Nikkiey Stott, and The Macro Hour and distribution to ensure the highest standards. β’ As the brand grows, this role will evolve into a leadership position focused on nurturing and growing a new in-house creative team. β’ You will build and mentor a team that will manage most of the day-to-day operations, enabling you to concentrate on innovation and strategic growth. β’ The Creative Director will ensure posting schedules are met, key metrics are achieved, and the brand is consistently represented at its best. β’ Working alongside our founders and leadership team, you will propose new ideas and act as the voice of WarriorBabe, driving our mission and vision forward.
β’ 5-10+ years of experience as Creative Director or similar experience, specifically managing organic content creation and strategy β’ Proficient with social media platforms and best practices β’ Able to "speak the language" of the various creatives on the team β’ Innovate thinker, self-starter β’ Consumes and/or creates content in their free time β’ Incredibly strong task management skills β’ Incredibly strong copywriting skills β’ Incredibly data analytical skills β’ Experience in hiring and managing a content team β’ Willingness to work hard and show up at odd times of day and night
