Description
• Lead the design and development of custom software applications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Configure and customize Salesforce solutions for efficiency and scalability • Drive innovation and recommend best practices for Salesforce capabilities • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce systems • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers and team members
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer • Strong Salesforce experience focusing on APEX, Visualforce, and configuration • Extensive knowledge of Sales Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and billing/invoicing in a SaaS environment • Agility in adapting to business metrics and objectives • Excellent communication and mentoring skills • Salesforce certifications preferred
