Most of our employees can choose to work from the office, at home, or any combination of the two. •The Senior Business Analyst will report to the Director of Reporting and Analytics and collaborates closely with stakeholders... •This role will provide reporting and data analysis to many different business teams as well as contribute to the day-to-day execution of the business operations plan. •This is a key position that will provide support and business intelligence to the many different business organizations and senior level executives. •This role entails a variety of work primarily devoted to the operations organization. Data Analysis and processing, report automation, process improvement... •On a daily basis this individual will spend time in Excel, Tableau, SQL, and Jira providing visibility into WatchGuard’s many data systems.

Requirements

•Individual must be a team-oriented self-starter with good problem-solving skills and ability to interact positively and successfully with all levels of the company •Must be an expert at Microsoft Excel with exceptionally strong formula and data analytics skills •Attention to detail and quality control are critical •Salesforce experience preferred •Strong verbal and written communication skills •High energy level – willingness and desire to do what is needed to get the job done •A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience •A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a technology business, finance or sales/business operations environment required •Background in Business Analysis providing insight to senior leadership •3+ Tableau or similar reporting software, including use of parameters, permissions, hierarchies •2+ years SQL. Queries, procedures, and basic database design •Experience with million plus datasets
