Description
• Fully remote role–work from anywhere! • Work closely with the CEO to ensure all projects run smoothly across departments • Crucial role in managing the lifecycle of projects and products • Oversee products' journeys from development to launch in offline retail channels and e-commerce platforms • Schedule and lead meetings, ensuring stakeholder alignment and project milestones are met • Evaluate current workflows and implement improvements for project management processes
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in remote settings • Demonstrated experience managing projects involving tangible products launched in offline retail and Amazon/e-commerce cycles • Experience working with teams in The US and China is preferred • Strong cross-functional leadership and organizational skills • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities • Effective communication and facilitation skills • Experience in a startup environment is highly desirable • Familiarity with product development, marketing, and supply chain processes
