📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Position Overview: Seeking a Customer Service/Sales Representative for calls, emails, and virtual consultations via Zoom. • Key Responsibilities: Answer calls/emails, host consultations, analyze pricing, follow up with leads, help customers upsell, close deals, stay organized.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of customer service and sales experience required. • Strong (above basic) proficiency in Microsoft Excel, google sheets, and computer skills. • Desktop (preferably multiple monitors) with a designated, quiet, and professional environment. • Wired USB noise cancelling headset with an over the mouth microphone. • Hi-Speed Internet (preferably with an Ethernet connection. No satellite internet service providers)
