• As a UX Designer at Watermark Books & Café, you will be responsible for the design and improvement of our digital and physical interfaces to enhance the overall customer experience. • You will collaborate closely with our design, marketing, and technology teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand and business objectives. • Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in our digital and physical interfaces. • Design wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features and enhance existing ones, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. • Create high-quality visual designs that reflect our brand and appeal to our target audience. • Conduct usability testing and gather insights to iterate and improve designs based on user feedback. • Maintain design consistency and standards across all interfaces. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate our interfaces.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field • 2 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the retail • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and design thinking • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including digital and physical interfaces
