• Own the relationship with customers • Build trust and be the main point of contact • Ensure a delightful customer experience • Onboard and help customers maximize platform usage • Provide feedback to improve platform and services • Coordinate with internal teams • Establish relationships with Water Advisor and Sales • Stay updated on new features • Contribute to measuring Customer Success KPIs and metrics

Requirements

• Outstanding communication skills • Degree in Environmental Engineer or Industrial Engineer • Ability with Google Suite • Strong organization and project management skills • Experience in enterprise-level customer-facing work • Passionate about water/environment
