Requirements

•1-3 years of experience in client onboarding, customer support, or customer success, preferably in a technology or SaaS company. •Technical proficiency and experience working with software platforms and systems. •Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. •Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. •Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. •Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. •Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish and English
