Requirements
• Education: B.A./B.S. in related fields • 2+ years' experience in trust and safety or related fields (must have experience in UGC moderation) • Strong proficiency with technology and online project management systems: SharePoint, MS Office, Airtable • Must have experience working with Zendesk • Interested in content policy, compliance, and/or internet governance • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and compliance best practices.
