Description
• Reporting to the HRIS Manager, the HRIS Intern will partner with the HR team on various system and process improvement initiatives. • Projects may include: Develop test scenario library for functional areas within Workday to help support analysts on HRIS team. • Identify and make enhancements to the Workday mobile app. • Identify and make improvements to the Workday Resources portal on the company Connect site. • Create an internal knowledge base to keep key information organized for all HRIS analysts.
Requirements
• Current student (rising junior or senior) actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Information Systems. • Advanced Excel skills. • Knowledge of basic data management and security principles. • Ability to take initiative and be resourceful • Passionate about your work, with a genuine desire to contribute meaningfully and make an impact • Demonstrated commitment to integrity and respect in interactions with others, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment • Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership of tasks and following through on commitments • Must be authorized to work in the United States and do not require sponsorship now or in the future.
