• Champion small businesses with all-in-one financial management solutions. • Director of Platform Engineering for shared infrastructure health and platform services. • Oversee Platform Engineering teams to ensure resilient and stable services. • Drive automation and operations to enhance product delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing multiple engineering teams in a Cloud infrastructure environment (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) • 10+ years of experience in software development with distributed production systems at scale • Expertise building DevOps tooling and processes • Expertise with back-end software engineering: REST APIs, microservices, SQL and NoSQL databases • Ability to facilitate technical decision-making beyond domain expertise • Experience with modern software engineering processes such as Agile • Nice to have: Experience implementing regulatory frameworks such as SOC, PCI, HIPAA • Nice to have: Experience managing offshore teams • Nice to have: Competency with Python • Experience working with SaaS and/or FinTech organizations.
