• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in talent management, with experience being a successful people leader • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field • Excitement about a greenfield opportunity • Relevant HR or L&D certifications are a plus • Advanced knowledge of talent sourcing and selection techniques and effective use of technology • Exceptional collaboration skills with a passion for building an inclusive work environment • Hands-on experience as a recruiter and using applicant tracking and recruitment tools • Experience with Lever and Lattice is an asset
