Requirements

• A strong enthusiasm for building new initiatives in a dynamic environment. • Proven ability to cultivate and sustain partnerships within a dynamic organization. • Enthusiasm for creating an inclusive environment that embraces diversity of thought. • 5-7 years in talent development, with a proven record of designing and delivering impactful, scalable programs. • Skilled in instructional design with a strong understanding of adult learning principles. • Adept at assessing training needs, designing impactful programs, and measuring success. • Proficiency with LMS systems, e-learning tools, and digital platforms. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
