• 4+ years of experience as a games software engineer • Previous experience in a lead engineer role • High proficiency in C++ • Advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine architecture and systems • Strong understanding of linear algebra concepts applied to 3D graphics and animation • Experience with multiplayer network communication in Unreal • Demonstrated skill in complex debugging and performance analysis/optimization
