• Waymark is a team of healthcare providers aiming to improve care for Medicaid patients. • As a Therapist Manager, you will provide remote mental health counseling. • You are expected to triage patients to the appropriate level of care. • Oversee our therapy care model, assist with outreach, and build community relationships. • Play an active role in hiring and training.

• Deep commitment to improving healthcare for underserved populations. • Significant experience delivering CBT. • Alignment with Waymark’s core mission and values. • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW). • 2+ years post-Master’s-degree experience delivering psychosocial treatments. • 3+ years in a clinical supervisory role. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting. • Must reside in Ohio, greater Cleveland preferred, Ohio active license in good standing required.
