Description

• Ensure conformity with professional accounting standards and best practices in accordance with GAAP. • Conducting risk assessments to identify areas of potential risk or non-compliance within the organization. • Developing and executing audit plans to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and procedures. • Performing audits of financial statements, operations, and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Documenting audit findings, including deficiencies and recommendations for improvement. • Communicating audit results to management and providing recommendations for remediation. • Monitoring and following up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure corrective actions are taken. • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. • Professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or similar. • Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Proactive approach and strong work ethic • Excellent attention to detail
