•About World Business Lenders (www.wbl.com) •World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans. •This is a remote Contract/Consultant position, working 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern. •Looking for an experienced REO Supervisor to efficiently manage properties in REO portfolio. •Responsible for ensuring properties are maintained, overseeing property maintenance and evictions. •Manage REO team activities and ensure adherence to project timelines for effective property marketing.

Requirements

•Analytical Skills- Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem. •4-5 years of experience in contracting or construction or in property management/property preservation •Communication- Ability to communicate in the English language clearly and concisely. •Research Skills- Ability to design and conduct a systematic, objective, and critical investigation. •Negotiation Skills- Ability to reach outcomes that gain the support and acceptance of all parties. •Conceptual Thinking- Ability to think in terms of abstract ideas. •Applied Learning- Ability to participate in needed learning activities in a way that makes the most of the learning experience. •Problem Solving- Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems. •Active Listening- Ability to actively attend to, convey, and understand the comments and questions of others. •Conflict Resolution- ability to deal with others in an antagonistic situation. •Communication, Oral- Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.
